Well we just had two dogs randomly show up in our yard lol, glad the owner was actively looking for them. They both had collars but no tags, had to call the humane society and the owner had already let them know the dogs were missing. I do love meeting new dogs haha

MTC, I'd like to introduce you to my stove. It's name is Caloric. Actually yes, that is it's name.
It's so out of date they can't replace a part for the top oven that doesn't work.
The owner (we rent a townhouse) came by this morning at 7am (when I was expecting the property manager and someone possibly after 7 but around 8:30) and took pictures and measurements because he's going to shop for a new stove. He actually said he was thinking about trying to leave the top part and just replace the bottom. And he seemed nervous about touching up the wall behind this beast. This whole thing is just so stupid in a million different ways I can't even with this.

No the top part is another oven. And my kitchen isn't much bigger than what you see here seriously. So I told the guy you know if you get the thing with the microwave on top it would save a lot of counter space and if it's white it would help brighten it up in here since the overhead lights don't work...LOL

wow I've never seen an oven like that. I can imagine burning myself on it pretty often lol. I hope you don't pay much in rent for that much stuff broken
