Contact them nicely and ask why/ tell them you did quality work and are confused. Then, of course, rate them on TO.

The last time I had a rejection, I contacted them and they were like "Sorry, you read too fast, so you obviously didn't pay attention." but after I rated them on TO they contacted me again to say they were reversing the rejection. I don't know if the two were related, but it never hurts to rate/relay your experience to help others. Plus it's not like they can reject you twice for asking for clarification.
Of course they can't reject you twice. But they can block you.....and further more they can block you even if you didn't do ANY work for them. All a requester needs is your Mturk ID. I've heard of people getting blocks simply because the requester didn't like an email. Or the famous Oscar Smith and his blocks for returning HITs. And we won't go into what Google has pulled in the past. .....tread with care around requesters. They're like snakes--they can bite.

That stinks. Judging by the gray color near the requester's name, it appears they do not have any TO or if they do it is probably recent. Generally speaking, it's usually good Mturk practice to stay away from penny hits: not only because of potential rejections but also because they are usually not worth your time (ie. bad hourly rate).

The only penny hit that I'm aware of that is decent is Customer Interests' Product to Interest Audit and Keyword Releveancy, and that's with a dual monitor or split screen set up.

True, but honestly I'd rather not do work for people like that in the first place, you know? Also, I'm not suggesting being rude. I'm always sweet as sugar in messages like that. More flies with honey than vinegar and all!

any script around for these a9s? the tops?
I don't think they are worth doing but here is a quick and dirty one that selects all the no buttons for you

// ==UserScript==
// Name @Name Amazon Requester Inc.- Tops
// @namespace http://tampermonkey.net/
// @version 1.0
// @description
// @author Egryan1
// @match https://s3.amazonaws.com/mturk_bulk/hits/*
// @grant GM_log
// @require http://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.1.1.min.js
// ==/UserScript==
$('input[value="NoZipper"]').click();
$('input[value="NoButtons"]').click();
$('input[value="NoHood"]').click();

By the way I can't recommend Squatty @Squatty script thread enough it teach how to do a basic script like this so your not always waiting on someone to make one for you

Edit script thread link is https://www.mturkcrowd.com/threads/making-basic-scripts.2120/
