clicking the req qual button for masters does absolutely nothing. No one really knows how they decide who gets it and who doesn't. The best thing you can do as a newer worker is just keep your stats in good standing, do a good assortment of different hits, and just forget masters exists. We have people who had over a million approved who did not get it until recently. It took me 2 1/2 years and 150k approved with 15 rejections before I got it.

I'm at 3 years of turking, 212,320 with 5 rejections and nothing

I mean I get your point. It's highly unlikely and impossible to pin down what actually causes people to get Masters, and I likely won't get it for years and hundreds of thousands of hits. My question really is, do I still need to be requesting it in order to be considered, regardless of how unlikely.

I agree though, might as well just request it once in a while.
