Just spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what happened to my wifi. Turns out, there's a button on the side of my router that turns off just the wifi (it's flush so I must've hit it when moving it & not realized). Technology sometimes

I hardly ever eat meat because I object to inhumane practices in producing our food but I am not against eating said products, not certain if that makes sense. My professor owns a small organic - free range farm and only raises a tiny amount of livestock .When she brings bacon from one of her prize hogs...wooohweeee farm fresh BLT tonight with blue tomatoes and greens pulled just 20 minutes ago. Oh, and fries from the potatoes in my garden. I am excited for this meal.

I've been a veggie for a long time, 5+ years at least and I still will have meat on rare occasions, maybe once or twice a year. Plus if you are going to eat meat after refraining for awhile, bacon is the way to go, its like the king of meats. I mean it cooks in a puddle of its own fat so you know its going to be good.

I never got an email when it was granted for me (after I did a certain number), but they also did it differently then. I mean, it was instant when I got it, and others too I think. We didn't have to wait to find out. So, maybe they'll send out notifications this time. Maybe they're just doing it differently this time.

I just searched my emails and I never received an email telling me I received the qual either. I know I got it about the same time I got the fives qual, and I see that email, but not one for Sergey or Wiktor. I think I could just suddenly do the qualled hits.

Been meaning to tell you thank you again for reminding me about Lentils in chili instead of meat. My kid was all, "No meat? What? I'm not going to like it" and I replied, "Uh, you've had vegetarian chili before, I just didn't tell you and I didn't use lentils then."

Anyway, the lentils even LOOK meat like after cooking, and the kiddo said he could not tell a difference at all. (But still wants me to sometimes make it with meat since he's not a vegetarian, lol.)

All the years I was vegetarian bacon was my big exception. I became one because we humanely raised our own meat, but I befriended all the aminals and could not eat them, so I stopped eating meat as a teen and really lost my taste for it, except for bacon.

I love bacon. Almost more than I love peanut butter.

Now I want a bacon burger for dinner.
