I've kinda been buying all the cheap stuff from China that I anticipate needing in the near future including, but not limited to, crafting items because of this.

Undo trade agreements so USA can get better deal.
Other countries dont want to give USA better deal.
USA decides to be a bully, threatening other countries to accept the new deal or else.
Other countries are mad as heck. Slap tariffs on lots of goods imported to USA.
USA loses. Other countries lose.
Trade war incoming where the price of goods rise for everyone.

Who could have guessed trade could be so complicated.

edit: nvm it didn't make sense because I was reading it wrong.

The supplies will cost more is what I believe is being said, so when you buy you are paying more because of the tariff and this results in you paying a 'tax' to produce your American made goods (assuming, of course, you are a seller.)
