that workout backfired....all it did was make me really hungry for a big plate of curry and some summer rolls....

This is me EVERY DAY. I have way upped the workouts in hopes of speeding up the muscle gain, and thus the weight loss, but damn I am STARVING all the time now.

I'm trying to eat only healthy stuff and do good with that, but the amount that I stuff in my face to keep my stomach from growling is probably negating any caloric benefit I am getting from the increased workouts and muscle mass.

I am sitting here starving right now trying to convince myself water is filling.

I might try that modified. Full fasting makes me too dizzy and tippy over like. I've tried it several times and for some reason my body can't do it

But, this has inspired me to make a weak soup or something I can use for some calories but very limited so I don't try and fall over, lol.
