thats a reviler, at least its not a hard block, i assume he has some kinda invisible qual in the back that blocks you from all his HIT's for one day.

i don't think A9s are actually throttling on purpose. I think there's something wrong on the backend. I've gotten a couple internal server errors while going through these.
