No secret. Worked fine for me in Chrome, as long as adblock(UBlockOrigin, in my case) is off before loading the HIT. It's one of the few for which I had to actually turn my blocker all the way off.

And, is the play button available/clickable? What happens when you click it?

Aaaah, of course the adblocker, didn't even think of that. :oops: The play button was there but nothing happened when I clicked it. And I already returned the hit because I'm far too efficient for my own good right now.

Sounds like they've got a handle on it and are expecting to have to hand sort them. I'm sure your email will suffice. If I were you, I'd let them focus on approving your HIT rather than responding individually to everyone who emailed. If you emailed them, wait until it approves or, at least until they start approving/rejecting. I send an email every time I have to enter my AMT ID and message the code. I only get responses about 30%. Of course, I'm not really expecting a response, just an approval. Those come 99% of the time in these cases.

Personal emails are assuring but, bottom line, you just want to know that they have someone working on the situation, which has been confirmed by someone else's email.

tl:dr I'd just wait a bit and see. Should be fine.

Well, I didn't get qualified for the compensation HIT, so someone's working on it, but it's not working (for me).

I emailed her again and she put in a comp HIT for me. Happy ending.
