Morning all! Not much turking today or tomorrow morning. They started tearing our roof off at 7am, so we went to breakfast and the grocery. Tomorrow is more of the same, but the dogs get to go to the vet. I had a horrible and busy day at work yesterday so I am very thankful I made goal early. Still think I can get $100 this week! Hope everyone is having a $$$ day!

Yep bad!! I even upped my medicine when my son started school. Didn't realize I needed to up it when it got colder. lol

I would like to change my "what am I happy about today" from earlier: the plumber showed up and can see the wooden dowel we flushed down the antique toilet earlier this week! So it isn't in the "soil pipe" (whatever that is) and no floors will have to be pulled up/ no concrete fussed with! :embarrased:

Bad side is all the children are in school and we need tiny hands to reach up in and get it

I hate you have to deal with this! I have for years and am always surprised by a) how much I HATE winter and b) how many people enjoy this time of year. Been taking meds plus FMLA for a few years now because when it snows I become almost nonfunctional with fear at times. I have woken up in the middle of May in my bed having a panic attack thinking about winter.
Also, I realized my depression is worse in early December. I blamed it on the holidays. But, what I found out is even though late December is the shortest day of the year sometime around Dec 8-12 is when the earliest sunset is, but the sunrise is also a tad earlier. The latest sunrise is in early-mid January if I remember correctly. So by the time the official start of winter is here we have already had our earliest sunset and are heading back the correct direction on that side of things

mine isn't so much the temperature, it's the lack of sun. Even in the summer, if it's gloomy/gray/rainy for more than a day I start getting down.
