thanks guys/gals, ive finally got a feel for panda and how to consistently work. you guys provide me with alot of requesters for hit monitor that i dont even have time to. i focus on tm pandas and just work my queue now with the comfort of pandas on only those that are reliable. so worst case scenario is of no concern to me..
