Right now, I have Windows 7, but I can upgrade on at least one computer. I still have the same old equipment though, so I'm still limited to the capabilities of the computer.

I will do any survey for anyone with +4 to, then i will do my batches because our hits are so low I tend to only do batches on proven requesters. I am at 100% and intend to keep it that way

If you're just starting out 10/min is okay, but kind of unacceptable after a little while. Those were the guidelines from like 2005 something something something federal minimum wage is higher now. I'd focus on getting to 5k as soon as possible so you can try to find work that pays better than that
