Might be too old of a post to respond to but, I have the Logitech MX Performance mouse (I had to have a mouse that had wireless capability) and the Logitech G710+ keyboard. I don't know how ergonomic they are, but they work for me. I like the mechanical keyboards, makes it easier to type (at least for me). I have 2 monitors, but have only used one for turking (probably why I only get $20 a day, idk).
Protip: hook up your second monitor.

One of my venue quality hits had "secret" as the name and an email address as the street address.

hmm interesting, i might have to reevaluate my setup, hs is killer, i just never mastered it. perhaps having a tm listener with hs listener and a hm listener all on their own browser would be more beneficial to me rather than loading one browser and closing and another.. this is good info thanks
the mturk community will most likely disagree with me on this, but I got rid of Turk Master. Too many page request errors. Hit monitor pretty much does the same thing with one page request. If you really like it, do your thing. But I just could never be productive with Turk Master at all.

What works for me is One Hit Scraper that searches for batches, One hit scraper that searches for surveys, and hit monitor to find all the requesters I like. Also usertesting.com in another tab.

I usually have the survey scraper on the left side taking up 30 percent of the screen, and keep the Batch scraper and Hit monitor in tabs in the same small window. (no need to watch them since they will alert me by audio)

in another window on the right which takes up 70 percent of the screen, I watch the forum/do work

At around line 2460; change the info to:
var Loader = function() {
var queue = [],
pauseTime = 2100, // The amount of time to pause (in milliseconds)
intervalTime = 450, // The amount of time between page loads
count = 0,
paused = true,
maxLoad = 4; // The max number of pages to load without pausing

Helped me out with the request timeout
