The easiest way to use TV for reviews is to have the TurkerViewJS script installed (that's the actual name of the script). It puts a way to see recent reviews on an exact hit (if any have been posted). I've been using it for many months and it is very helpful. I can go to my queue for hit's I've caught and see what people who just did it before me are saying or reporting as time completed.

So I've never really used TV because so many HITs didn't have any info when I tried it, would it change the color rating if there was a TOS too? or would you ONLY be using the pay info from TV for the color rating?

If there were no TO2 or TV ratings, then it would be uncolored. Absolutely no reviews will probably be a transparent icon. If either TO2 or TV report a rejection,the icon will change to something else (exclamation maybe?) while keeping its color.

I'm thinking of removing TO from the requester review color calculations and TV's pay scale rating so the colors would only be based on the average reported hourly time.

Honestly, the first and most important criterion for me that maters in regards to the color is the "Fairness" rating whether or not they reject, which TO still reports reasonably well and TV reports in its own way. If the fairness rating in TO is above 3.75 then I grab the HIT, and evaluate the other metrics once accepted. If the hourly sucks (evaluated via TO or TV) then I return the HIT. On weekends, I'm cool doing a HIT with a sub-optimal hourly depending on how dead it is.

35-40 minutes for me. First half has short timers on each page, which was a bit tedious. I was going a little slow in the second half to take a break from the forced concentration of the first half. I'd say worth it.
