as long as it doesn't have ricotta then it isn't gross (unless you throw it at me, then it doesn't matter what kind of cheese it has)

It has way too much ricotta cause I might have misread the recipe a little. But ricotta is one of those things that i understand people not liking so I won't shun you.

thank God seriously tho ricotta tastes like spoiled milk and it's disgusting. goat cheese, however, is delicious. especially on tacos.
