thank God seriously tho ricotta tastes like spoiled milk and it's disgusting. goat cheese, however, is delicious. especially on tacos.

I like goat cheese and feta cheese. I thought I remembered Ricotta tasting better, but for some reason it was kinda sweet which is weird to me. I probably did something wrong to it though. Forgot an ingredient or something.

I'm not a big cheese fan. I had some super expensive smoked gouda at a pregnancy expo once and it was amazing. I've bought some other gouda and it all tasted like crap. I've never been able to find what kind of gouda it was.

Had an issue with some bit of breakfast getting *really* stuck under a crown this morning, but thank FSM it's gone now so

PE: not having to go to the dentist and I might just take the rest of the day off to crochet and de-stress. Doesn't seem like there is much to do, anyway :/

Ricotta is sweet! It's used for Cannolis (who doesn't love cannolis??) but ricotta can be really very sweet on it's own without altering it. Milk is also really sweet, especially if you don't eat a lot of sweet things or gave up sugar etc.
