Mine got stuck like that, too. Eventually a message popped up that I would time out without a response and then it gave me a submit button. I sent a message to the requester. They approved the HIT, paid the bonus that I had earned up until that point, and responded to my message nicely to make sure I received payment. It would've been nice to complete the HIT and earn a bigger bonus, but not awful, altogether.

Though it's a bit late, probably, just wait until it expires, if you have to, and message them, explaining what happened (since it's supposed to kick you after 30 seconds of inactivity). They're a good group and will likely make a HIT to reimburse you.
