Just wanted to say that because ONE inconsiderate human is: 1) keeping me from turking when I see IPSoft has been posting, and 2) forcing me to close my office and leave so anyone who shows up thinking we should be open is getting a notice of apology on the door for being closed.

Ok, I feel better. Vent over. (And listening to Bustin' is helping.)

(Also, I can turn this person into collections for all the damages they are causing, and THAT will make me feel lots better. Let's just say cops and a judge have been involved, so, this is extreme.)

No, I wouldn't. It's likely a survey they filled out at work in free form. The instructions probably mentioned listing pros and cons, as a way to get people on the right track.

Basically, look for inflammatory content, that would be inappropriate for someplace like a glassdoor review or something they might put on their own website.

I've approved several like this. They don't all follow that pro/con format (some are just paragraph form), so I don't think it's an issue if they leave the con section blank as long as there is some real content overall. Of course, I could be wrong, but that's how I'm interpreting the instructions.
