Ah that sucks. There is a note on there about contacting them if there are any issues and the'll make a dummy hit for you. Is it the recorder that's breaking, or the actual hit?

If you want to screenshot the HIT to my PM, I'll help, if nobody else will but, you basically want to treat it as if it's not a company because, it isn't. So, there is no company name. They don't accept any forms of payment because you can't buy anything, etc.
