Just chiming in here with my preferences...

Definitely a meat and potatoes guy here. I don't really like bacon, or anything ham/pork for that matter...but give me a nice rare steak any day!

I love a nice rare steak but if I go to a chain restaurant I order safe than sorry and get medium rare. I have been to one place where my friend tried to order medium well and the chef flat out refused to cook the steak that much.
