Yes ma'am. I wanted to get pool ready, since I gained about 5 lbs over the last year of turking and a winter full of snacks. I wanted to really tone up, so I run 3 miles/day. Seems to be working pretty well with the balanced diet.

Good for you! I used to run but it's been years. Maybe I'll try working up to it again although I also want to add in strength training.

I'm not a big fan of strength training. I teach Zumba every summer, so I wanted to be ready for that as well. I use the wrist/ankle weights when I run, so I call that my strength sessions as well.
