Ok so inspired by this thread I installed HitForker and I get how to add requesters to block list, but how do I prevent them from still showing up in the search? They have like a red border around them but I still see them in the list.

click "show configuration" at the top and then click to hide block list

What do you mean? It says right in the HIT it "pays well above an average Mturk HIT". It must be true!
