So I opened this survey..and I answered the first question accordingly but then it just gave me a code and said the survey was finished. I entered the code and submitted..
Will that end up being a rejection more than likely? I didn't really think anything of it during the particular moment.

Yeah, that always makes me nervous, but some requesters do pay anyway. I usually return them when that happens now, but I have had them approve before. It'll probably be alright and very reasonable to write to them about, if not.

I think it's a toss-up. Some requesters are very generous and will comp for even attempting, and others...not so much.
I'm not a mod or anything, but I suggest editing your post so it doesn't reveal survey content. You have a VERY valid question, but I think it's better to not post the question, answer, and your result so specifically.
