I think most people hide the top section and just use the logged hits area since it only inserts new HITs into the table. Use the include list for batches so you don't miss them if they repost but otherwise it seems a lot of folks think the top half is too hectic to fuss with.

Forker has various color things in advanced settings IIRC

Just when I thought I knew things I go and switch to Forker.
I feel like I would miss hits being posted (high paying surveys for sure) if I hide the top section. Everyone is certainly right about the top half being way too much to deal with.
It appears as thought the logged hits are organized by the latest which is helpful. I wonder if by using the include list this could take the place of Overwatch?

You wont miss HITs that way (well, unless you fall asleep at your desk, but that might just be my personal experience here).

The way the 'logged' section works (to my knowledge, I didn't make it, so I could be wrong) is that it inserts all HITs from the top jumpy/crazy section into the log once and only once. So you only really need to look at the new HITs at the very top of the log because those are the same HITs from the "jumpy" section just nicely organized instead of a crazy spam fest.

And yes, its highly recommended nowadays to use your scraper as your include list (Overwatch). Forker has TTS support [I believe? Its hacked in on the one most folks I know use] so it can function the same as OW. OW is no longer maintained, the dude who wrote it got a big boy job & bounced haha, so if it breaks you'll be up the creek so to speak, its generally safer long-term to learn the new workflow in Forker than to stick to OW, but people are still clinging to TurkMaster somehow so take my opinion w/ a grain of salt.

Thank you for all of that crucial info. I had no idea OW was left for dead, but it makes sense. I'm definitely going to make the move and dump OW for good. One less tab being opened sounds good to me. Also, one more question. I use Chrome and I know that PC needs to be in it's own window so it works at "full speed" so to speak. Is this the same for HIT Forker?

Definitely don't feel bad, I only replied w/ times because I happened to be sitting here & I know the flow of the website to grab 'em quickly and knew it was from MTS so probably didn't display for you on-site lol. Even if it did, if there's one thing I know about forums is that no matter what technical solution is in place like 85% of the reason to come to a forum is social interaction. Asking actual humans you interact w/ every day for info kinda makes sense, I didn't mean to imply anything I just data dumped on you b/c my brain moves at fast speeds & tends to do that lol.
