If you're missing the Online Purchase qual, you can get that by doing the Amazon premium qual HITs, but you won't get the qual right away.
If you have the Blocked qual, then I don't think there's anything you can do.

It's true, it makes a huge difference. I'm just in a weird situation because I moved out here (Las Vegas) for family about a year and a half ago, but that family ended up moving back to CA like a year later, which kinda just left me stuck out here with nobody that I really know. I'm a very shy person, so I'm not the best at getting out and meeting people, so I just kinda stay at home and chat with people online. It suits me for now, but with the way MTurk has been lately, I'm not exactly doing a very good job at saving money for when I want to leave here.

I'm sorry, I don't know exactly which one it is. I would recommend doing them all if you can, though. The quals that come from those HITs are very good to have.
I was under the impression that doing those might prevent me from doing the regular hits. But, I'm guessing it actually helps get more surveys and hits.

We're in pretty much exactly the same situation, just switch CA for FL and Las Vegas for Seattle. (Plus if I move out of state before I finish school, I lose all my state financial aid so I can't really afford to go any more, which means I'm stuck here until I'm done *at least.*) I totally feel you, it's boring and sad and it sucks.
