A friend of mine just had a week stay in the hospital for some blood disorder where his numbers were super low.....he just got hit with a bill for 83 grand.

Missed the qual on that one by one, so nothing up for me. At the very least I have a PE of $15.15 so far so picking through surveys hasn't been terrible.

65% of everyone in the U.S. who declares bankruptcy does so because of medical bills such as this. We do need a better system and I'm (as a conservative) am all in favor of one.

I have $4 in surveys sitting in my Queue. Send Rowan a message to see if you can take the qual again? I know his last batch he encouraged people to take the qual test again after they lost theirs.

The first thing that needs to be done is when they send you that bill, they need to show you line by line what you are being charged for...this stuff where they tack on thousands of dollars by making a bandaid a 100 dollars etc etc needs to stop.

My dad had perfect credit until he got cancer 3 times in 4 years. Now he's over $100k in debt and his credit is wrecked.
