Does anyone bother to do the Crowdsurf Support transcribing hits?

I'd do them a lot when I first started. You can skip through to get really easy ones.
Every now and then I might do them if I feel like it.

Did you have trouble getting the qual for CrowdSurf hits?

I have, when there was nothing else to do. But I actually like transcribing, but the pay is super low.

Just so y'all know, if you're going to do Crowdsurf's, it's silly to do them on mturk. They have their own platform, if you like them. Not saying they're better on their platform but, no point in missing out on the bonus, which makes them a little better.
To reiterate, you won't get a bonus on mturk for crowdsurf.

But, you can do them here https://work.crowdsurfwork.com/ and get bonuses.

EDIT If you knew this and don't care, just disregard.

DBL EDIT The reason I'm mentioning this is because the pay that they have listed is HIGHLY misleading. You can only ever get to $.17 or $.19 per media minute with bonus, through their platform.

Income tax return went into the bank today...that makes me want to not work.

LOL, my loft is being turned into an office and my basement is being redone...there goes quite a bit of money right there.

Also new new silverware for the kitchen and a portable island if we can find one we like.

My method is always have something large to be saving up for, even if you don't end up getting it...you have the money in savings. Right now i'm saving up for a SUV that gets 33mpg average to get next year or the year after. Tired of my truck's gas mileage.

So I bought the cheapest Android phone I could find off Amazon a couple weeks ago - and added a memory card which upped the price tag to $42 - because my iPhone is too old to use on User Testing and I wanted to be able to get Amazon credits for Quick Thoughts versus bloating my iTunes credits (I just use it on Wifi). Total Win! I've earned back what I paid on Quick Thoughts plus a bit and then this morning I finally qualified for one of the User Testing Android phone studies! Profit! Hopefully, more to follow!
