I think the difference is getting cut off at the chatbot vs. getting cut off after getting in to a group with people.

Either way HCI is dicking people around this last month and they need to get their shit together.

They wasted a *massive* amount of my time yesterday. Partly my fault for thinking I could get it to work, you know someone says it's a great HIT and you get all excited and go after it, turns out to be a disaster. :/

You know about these people, right?
I've been using this site for years and can honestly not tell the difference between the glasses I get here and the ones I used to pay hundreds of dollars for. Strongly, strongly recommend (they have awesome sales at least 3-4x a year too) While your first order from them does take 2 weeks, any orders with the same prescription after that never take more than a few days.
There are other sites that are even less expensive, but if your prescription is complex at all (mine is) it kind of seems to be a crapshoot whether you get decent lenses from them or not. 39 Dollar Glasses has yet to do me wrong.
