I didn't hear that, but if you think that is bad, local police are getting ready to cite a mom for teaching her young kid how to be a porch pirate! There is homeowner surveillance cam footage of the a mom and kid walking by a house with a package on the porch and the kid running up and stealing the package moments later. The neighbors of the woman ratted her out to police and now criminal charges are pending.
