there's a reason 120V bare wire cords are called "suicide cords". Good way to kill yourself if you are careless doing stunts like cooking hot dogs with a suicide cord.

We did a thing in AP physics where we linked hands and ran current through the class, then we did it with wet hands and a girl who had a pacemaker started having it repeatedly going off. She had to go to the hospital. Super scary. No idea why she thought that would be an okay thing to participate in.

I suppose if you are great at burning water! I am pretty good at not setting my food on fire unless it's poptarts in a toaster.

I thought I had been able to before. But, apparently I could BEFORE I turned in my code because I wasn't allowed to try after. I think you can because it's not like a test or quiz, but they want you to be trained up.

I still think it's cheating. You should be able to get a perfect score (or close) when you know what the answers are.

I got caught up on the posts that said you could retake the qual. I'd just hope it's a different version so you can't get the qual just for knowing the answers ahead of time like retaking the same version of the qual you originally took.

In the past the requester directly responded on the forum and said that retakes were acceptable because it was a training qual.

ok, give me the answers to the paying tasks ahead of time and I'll be happy to accept and put in the right answers.

still don't see how it's training if you know ahead of time the correct answers and don't have to do the analysis like the qual and then be told what was expected after the fact of you working it.

Yeah, they won't let you do that in school anymore I don't think. Something about "the safety of the children". I'd hate to be in school now, it must be boring.

lawyers ruin everything. Too bad there is not a quota of those in law school so there are only enough lawyers to do legit legal work and not so many looking to feed their families that they ambulance chase something to do.

Fun poptart fact: watch your poptart if you put it in the toaster - I've had some kelloggs poptarts catch fire in the toaster! Can't believe I'm still eating them considering whatever makes the filling flammable probably can't be good for you!

burn on my hand - same idea. The poptart didn't catch fire that time, but I didn't notice some of the filling was leaking out the seam so as I grabbed them to put on a plate, I got burnt by the filling leakage.
