So I'm guessing the home page b/c official website is in bold/very important.
And it says 3rd-party sites CAN be used to gather numbers... so I'm gonna bet that the contact page isn't the important part.

I think they have to to try to preserve data quality, since there are so many people from outside the US trying to turk on US accounts.

Yeah, almost all of the "bots" turned out to be international workers on US accounts.

I think you're overthinking it. They're just looking for the restaurant's website and its phone number to complete the contact info that they have listed there. Their home page is fine.
