Do most people watch Netflix with their chesticles hanging out?

FHA loans require so much patience and blind trust in people that really shouldn't be trusted at all.
On my FHA loan the mortgage officer at the bank quit in the middle of the process and our file was lost for 3 months before Independent Bank found it, 'expedited it,' and finally approved it. Started in October, Closed on the last day of February.

Oh, then Independent Bank didn't like my complaining about how they handled it and sold my mortgage to Wells Fargo. Ugh.
