I was not able to do this even though I got the email and Igor still owes me from work 2 months ago

I originally completed the hit on February 9. After I got all the way to the end I could not submit the hit. I emailed the requester and listed some of the Japanese words from the survey. Almost a month later on March 12 I received a reply that he hadn't forgotten me yada yada and would pay the next day.

Well he never did pay. Today (April 8) I finally get a message to accept a dummy hit for payment. Well I tried to accept the dummy hit but got "There are no HITs in this group available to you at the moment." I emailed Igor but have given up hope of payment.

That's just how people used to think in the past, but once we started landing rockets on barges and inventing Snuggies, everything changed.
