I just added like 20 different things from all of those brands to see what would happen and I'm not getting a discount on any of them after selecting a delivery time.

There's no good reason for it not to be. (I just miss the days of transferring at 4:50 PST, withdrawing at 4:53, and getting paid the next day.)
