There was a female cow cat (black and white like yours with black spots on white on the torso sides like a cow that I nicknamed her "cow cat") that the neighbor had but took a liking to my family that she spent more of her time with us and she looked a lot like that black and whiter, right down to the cute pink lips and nose and the white area up the nose into the dark area over the eyes and ears.
