Does anyone know how to get salsa out of a keyboard??

If it were me, I would pop off the keys and clean with a moist but not wet q-tip to try to remove any potential debris and stickiness that might affect key performance.

If you don't love to fix stuff or tinker or are curious how things work, throw your keyboard in the trash and get a new one ($10'ish on AMZN).
