Andy is like The Soup Nazi in that Seinfeld episode, the money or rather the soup is so good that you're willing to put up with a load of crap and bad service to get some . I've had 10 in a row go through with no problem so far, unfortunately it's no soup for you today.

if you mean how to full-screen it if the edges of their survey interface are cut off, you can try F11 to fullscreen or the CTRL-+ or CTRL-- to try to change the text size slightly so it fits.

I wasn't getting a "screen" at all: just a "download" indicator that never completed. Looked to me like approximately 90 to 95 percent of the download was successful, then the DL would stall. Thank for your response, tho. I guess I could have explained this better to begin with.

Try moving the mic away from you just a little. Try to avoid hard consonants like S and H. Also when it tells you to record wait like half a second and then start. It usually happens on the short recordings for some reason. Good luckk.
