Having trouble catching Virals even though it says there is a lot

Yeah I had the same issue my panda was running on 5 seconds but it wasn't catching anything, not sure what the deal was there were plenty showing up when I went to the actual hit.

I must be doing something wrong. I got like 9 Virals while others are capping out?
