I like the kind that actually matches the color of egg yolks. The stuff made of some unknown white radioactive goop, not so much.

I made some mayonnaise from scratch about 20 years ago and discovered that it actually does have flavor and I've never bought a jar of it since or tartar sauce for that matter, I do occasionally buy ranch dressing in a bottle though.
