What script takes you directly to the missed bubble in surveys so i don't have to scroll the entire page to look for it ? ita

Good question I am not certain you can do that effectively without knowing some attribute values for the radiogroups/buttons. Maybe some thing based on the error (most seem to highlight the field in some form to help with that, some do not) I currently use the scrolleye script, where I move the page and roll my eyes. There has to be some "cool nerd" we all know that knows this for sure.
