You are not alone, although I haven't had a chance to test this, til this morning. I've successfully worked PC based Usertesting tests, this past week.

I qualified for a phone test this morning. FYI, it gave an error I haven't seen before, paraphrasing, "Usertesting has ceased this session" - although it left me in a state of limbo. So, I could only quit that test.

THEN - I went to take a 2nd screener, and it popped "Accepting Test" [felt like residual from the just errored test] concurrent to - answering the opening screening question on the 2nd test. I had not qualified for the second test yet, and while I've had instant "Accept Test" Usertests in the past, this particular one was screened with opening questions.

Had to "Quit test" a second time, even though I hadn't qualified for the second test yet. Closed Usertesting, Forced Stop, rebooted my phone. Everything but an actual test, is functioning in the phone app. I have an android Samsung Galaxy. Will monitor more later today.

Thanks for responding. I need to join the reddit Usertesting page. @HelloHello mentioned they had a successful phone test recently on iPhone also... if something shifts and it starts working, I'll post here.
