Im sure this is a scam but asking anyway ,,, has anyone gotten an email from "Amazon" saying this in the message?

I've gotten those from Amazon and PayPal. So, first I go to whatever account they are warning me about. If there is no notice/message on that account then I send it to their spoofing email address.
