So my (and many others according to Reddit) received this reply as to why we can't continue to do work on Prolific even though our accounts are in good standing. So how I interpret this is that while I have done nothing wrong other people who use AT&T have done things we have to shut you down. And if i get another ISP I can continue to go on as before.
I am pretty sure that just about if not every ISP has had stuff done on them by someone at some time or another, I do not understand the real reason for this. Is there something you all see that is something going right over my head?

Hi XXXXXX,
Thanks for getting in touch. We're doing our best to make sure as many people can take part as possible while maintaining data quality, security, and the integrity of our platform. You can read more about this here: Data Quality on Prolific
You've received this error message because your IP address has been flagged by our system. We run various checks with IPs that include checking if the IP has been used for online fraud, has been reported for abuse on other websites and forums or has been reported as potentially used by bot networks.
As such, I'm afraid that you won't be able to take studies from that IP address going forward.
You may be able to get a new IP address and try again with that, though we can't guarantee that that won't also be flagged. If you're on a mobile device you may be able to get a new IP address by simply restarting the device. Otherwise, you may need to reach out to your internet service provider.
Please note that your account has not been placed on hold and you are still able to withdraw your earnings.
We apologise for this inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding.
Best,
