To the best of my knowledge, you don't want it. NOT having it allows you to do the hits that have "CR ... 1" or "CR ... 2"; it's basically a designation of Unsatisfactory Worker. Apparently, it was decided on some Survey Comet hit as some point. Most workers didn't receive this qual, but a few (?), including me, did. I wasn't able to find anything out about what criteria was used to label me Unsatisfactory. I'm actually a good, integritous worker. Don't think there's any recourse for me.
