Bad experience with User Interviews yesterday. I booked Monday for an unmoderated video test to be completed by 1pm PDT yesterday. At 6:20 a.m. PDT yesterday I received a reminder email of the 1pm deadline. Suddenly, at 9 am I received an email that said the deadline had been changed to 9 am yesterday! Thinking they must also had made a mistake I emailed them and heard nothing (still have heard nothing). At 10 am, as planned, I sat down to do the study and it said this study is no longer available.

Been back Turking these past couple of weeks after sort of taking an extended break over much of the spring/summer, and I've never seen things so slow in the three plus years I've been doing this. Also, is it me, or is it taking a lot longer lately for hits to be approved and paid by requestors? Most of the hits I've done in the past couple of weeks are still waiting to be approved, which normally hasn't been the case in the past.
