Things been a little tight with my business since we lost everything in the tornado last year and still trying to rebuild so I've been back in the turk mines the last month and a half.

went to the one and only area general store this morning. i asked to buy a pint of ice cream. they have the ice cream in tubs like an ice cream store. and they have a long time favorite of mine that no one else carries. they told me they didn't even know how to sell me a pint of ice cream, nor would they, nor did they know what to charge for it. they appeared busy. but it was all i could do to keep from saying, "take what you charge for one or two scoops and multiply that by how many scoops you put in a pint." i left the store. rant over.

Sorta a ''no soup for you'' attitude. Maybe they just don't like customers. Who eat ice cream.

it was kind of early, like before 10 am. too cool outside for a cone at that time. since we were in the area, i just wanted to get some and take it home and put it in the freezer for later. i did send them an email and said that since they didn't put the customer first, i will have second thoughts about returning in the future.
