There's a form for that (amended return)...

I did, I just realized I had a typo on a W-2 and wrote they witheld $20 instead of $200 :|

And there's a form for that (Form 4852)...

But I couldn't find any info about situations needing both those things at the same time. If you want to pursue it, call the company that issued that W2 the IRS to ask about the situation. If you can successfully file an amended return, the IRS would send you a refund of the amount you overpayed *plus interest*.
