It's definitely not. Like, the hem on one of my skirts fell out recently. I have it in a small box to mail to her. I just keep forgetting to go to the post office. Few bucks in postage, she sends it back, it's like brand new again!

No, I mean paying to ship it. I've been mending my own stuff since I was ~10, so the thought of paying to send it off for someone else to do it is just :o for me.

I think of it differently, I guess. I'd rather spend $2-5 to ship it to her than $30-50+ on a new whatever it is.
