If he wants the business name included, he needs to pull the batch and change the instructions to say that.

So got a few resonses from Mr Isabel,

He wants the full address, company name too.
also if the business name given is gibberish or blank or a bunch of random numbers (not an address) just put N/A
He posted a similar batch last month i did a few from it and got approved. but nothing of this size

Gives me faith that even if we get rejected, it'll probably be overturned. IRB typically steps in if multiple people complain about the same problem.
