The reward is gotten by adding up reward for each HIT, but doesn't take into account batches or w/e. So if a batch of 3c HITs is posted, its only counted as 3c, not the total value of the batch.

You never REALLY change timezones. You will always do the math. I have lived in three but always time everything by my "home" zone.
