There's an extension called "EditThisCookie" (Chrome store). Usually when those errors occur that'll take care of it (wipe out all the cookies that are attached to that survey page).

I was having the same problem, having to erase my cookies almost every survey page that had a picture. This worked for me. Oh my. Thank you!
